If you are showing any signs of covid-19 please stay home and reschedule your appointment with us! Notify us of any cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so we can offer it to someone on our waiting list. You can view our cancellation and no show policy here.

Please arrive to your appointment on time or no more than 10 minutes early to minimize the amount of guests in our waiting area at this time. Also, please do not be late as we may not have the time to fulfill your service.

Minimize the amount of personal belongings you bring to your appointment. There will be no magazines or drinks being served to help prevent the spread of any infection. Please feel free to bring your own but take these away with you. No food can be consumed within the salon.

Please come to your appointment alone to lessen the amount of people in the salon at one time, unless accompanying a child to their appointment.

Please wash your hands or use the hand sanitiser provided upon arrival.

We ask you to bring your own face covering. They will are available in the salon for £1. We will also be wearing a mask throughout your visit with us. If you are exempt, we ask you to please call ahead of your appointment to make us aware.

We will be operating a strict one stylist to one guest, for the whole time of your appointment and will be seated at different ends of the salon, exceeding the social distancing measures.

All surfaces, work stations and equipment will be thoroughly disinfected between every guest. We have always used single eco towels and will continue to do so, with one gown per client also. All extra PPE, gloves, aprons will be worn by our stylists.

Cash is accepted, Please pay contactless where possible.

If you need or would like to purchase any of our products, we would ask you to refrain from touching our retail stand. Our stylists will be more than happy to get these for you.

We will continually follow these guidelines to keep everyone as safe as possible and monitor all new guidelines given to us from the Scottish Government.

Although we have these guidelines to follow, our wish is for you to come in, relax and enjoy having your hair experience with us once again. We will have you leaving the salon feeling yourself once more, with a bounce in your step!
